Lyons ReadyCare and Sysco Imperial Frozen Supplemental Shakes have Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

These recalled supplemental shakes were distributed nationwide to long-term care facilities but were not sold at retail.Immediately quarantine any recalled shakes and do not allow anyone to consume them.
