MA House Considers “Transparency” Bill - Part 3

The Massachusetts House of Representatives passed what they are describing as a “transparency bill” called, An Act Promoting Transparency and Public Access in State Government. The bill is in direct response to the ongoing legal battle brought forth by State Auditor Diana DiZoglio, to audit the State Legislature.
