Lars Kroll hat von 2012 bis 2016 an der SRH Fernhochschule seinen Master of Arts in Wirtschaftspsychologie, Führung und Management mit der Fachrichtung Marketingpsychologie abgeschlossen. Von 2016 bis 2020 war Lars als Digital Transformation Manager beim AMSEL e.V. tätig. Parallel dazu leitete er von 2017 bis 2019 das Marketing bei der karriere tutor GmbH. Doch das war nicht alles: Lars ist auch ein erfolgreicher Unternehmer. Von 2017 bis 2020 war er Geschäftsführer und Gründer der socialtelligence GmbH, bevor er 2020 die SO.real GmbH gründete, wo er bis heute als Geschäftsführer tätig ist.
