The images clearly get into Don’s head, because he goes home and has a dream about murdering a former fling he encountered earlier in the day. He doesn’t really want to kill her, of course. He wants to have sex with her, but he knows he shouldn’t, and choking her to death is the best solution his subconscious can come up with. Sally is freaked out by the news of the nursing students getting murked, but luckily, her stepgrandmother is there to posit that maybe those young women deserved to get murdered because they were sluts.
