Mad World (Gary Jules Jam)
from The Beautiful Dark Hosted by The Beautiful Dark
A fabulous tune here from composer Roland Orzabal. It was originally written in 1982 and Tears for Fears performed it which became their first hit. Then fast forward 21 years and Gary Jules and Michael Andrews recorded a slow piano based version for the brilliant movie Donnie Darko in which it also became a hit. Fast forward another 23 years and I managed to finally destroy it haha Both originals are well worth checking out as is the movie Donnie Darko. It's a major thinker...
