We spent some time discussing evolution of the band, and the importance of mental health and healing in their lyrics. They have several  singles coming up for release this year which she is so excited to release. Maddy shares insights on their unique sound, influenced by various genres, and the significance of body image and self-perception in their music. Maddy also opens up about her personal struggles with confidence and performance anxiety, highlighting the therapeutic role of songwriting. I loved hearing Maddy tell us all about her journey as a performer, tapping into a strong stage presence, and the importance of confidence in live shows. She reflects on personal growth, overcoming stage fright, and the support she receives from her bandmates.
