Madi

Today I have my friend Madi on the podcast. Growing up in Seattle she left there after she was in the early stages of addiction. She kept using the geographical after several relapses always going back to using. She got clean and sober 6/4/23, she was pregnant and lost her twins October 2023. With the help of church and the recovery community , she got through this dark times and decided to get certified as a yoga instructor learning other ways to heal from trauma.
