Madrid '26: Alcaraz skips RG, Fonseca vs Jodar, Sinner & Rybakina survive, Shelton & Mboko OUT

Carlos Alcaraz officially announced his withdrawal from Roland Garros 2026, leaving a large void in the men's player field. Massive title favorite Jannik Sinner was tested in his opening Madrid match, as was second seed Elena Rybakina.
