Maegan Blom - Mills Bay Mussels

As a proud New Zealander (with deep Dutch roots), Maegan Blom is a savvy, authentic and aspiring young leader.  Hailing from an entrepreneurial family, Maegen grew up on a dairy farm in Southland, New Zealand, before her family moved to Marlbourgh after buying Mills Bay Mussels.  Maegan has spent the last few years studying Agricultural Business and Food Marketing, whilst working to find a deep sense of purpose.  She is passionate about supporting others in her generation to make a valuable contribution with their unique talents, and believes for them to thrive there needs to be a feeling of belonging.  Belonging is also a key contributor to being part of a dynamic family business, and in this podcast Maegan shares some of the tools they have been working with to create a more balanced communication structure to making decisions that have impact.
