Today's my guest is Maeva Haim, marketer, podcaster and founder of soon-to-be released haircare brand Bread Beauty Supply. We talked about her change in career from law to creative, the link between hair and identity, progress and diversity in beauty, and given Maeva is the co host of Reality Check, a reality TV podcast, we touched on a little Love Island too. She came to my house on a boiling hot day when the air con wasn't working, so props to her first for that.
