Magazines and Monsters Episode 56, Conan the Barbarian 25, 1973 "The Mirrors of Kharam Akkad" w/ Charlton Hero!

Unsheathe your sword, and get ready for action! My buddy Chris Bailey is back, and we're here to talk about the one and only, Conan! Why did we pick this specific comic? Well, it's a landmark for a lot of folks, as it's the first time Big John Buscema pencilled Conan! he went on to have a tremendous run on the title (with Roy Thomas), and we mark the beginning of that tenure right now! A crazy priest, magic mirrors, and of course, action out the wazoo! Strap on your seatbelt, as it's gonna get nuts! As usual, you can leave any feedback for the show through email at [email protected] or to me on Twitter @Billyd_licious or on the show's FB page (just search Magazines and Monsters). You can find Chris on most social media sites @Charlton_Hero and definitely check out his blog Superhero Satellite and especially Super Blog Team Up! Thanks for listening!
