Maggie Rogers: Artist

GRAMMY-nominated singer, songwriter, and performer Maggie Rogers joins us to discuss her journey from a small town singer/songwriter to global pop stardom. Just three years ago, Maggie performed her NYU senior thesis, which we now know and love as her hit song “Alaska” for Pharrell during a master class, and the video went viral. The Maryland-born artist signed with Capitol Records and has since released an EP, Now That The Light Is Fading, and last year she debuted her first record, Heard It In A Past Life. The album landed at #2 on the Billboard charts, and the record’s tour included headliner stops at Coachella and Lollapalooza, two nights at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall, and a performance on SNL.
