'Magical Moments' Debuts; Who is Next for the Magic Hall of Fame? Episode 20 - March 9, 2019

‘Magical Moments’ debuts, a segment series where we tell our greatest tales as Orlando Magic basketball fans. First story, a review of a Magic victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on April 15, 2006. Along with that being Dwight Howard’s 28-point and 26-rebound party, we focus more on Sixers General Manager Billy King. How we obtained King’s ’06 season All-NBA 1st Team, ROY, and MVP voting selections (not bad, Billy), and why his in-arena guests that game were…unique. A rankings game occurs on who will become the 9th inductee to the Orlando Magic’s team Hall of Fame. Penny has a list of 5 candidates, Pops has a list of 5 candidates. Some nominees are obvious, others are certainly not. The Magic are now 31-36 after losing in Philly and defeating the Dallas Mavericks.
