Mahomes Takes Blame for Chiefs' Inconsistency

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes taking responsibility for his team's inconsistent performance and their 22-19 loss to the Denver Broncos, which left their record at 5-5. Mahomes explicitly stated that the lack of consistency starts with him, citing missed throws and poor decisions, such as an intercepted red-zone pass. Following the loss, the Chiefs' hopes of winning a 10th consecutive AFC West title have significantly diminished, with their odds dropping to just 10% according to NFL Next Gen Stats.
