Maisie - 999 Operator - From Stress to Success!

Maisie is a 999 operator and when she came to coaching she describes how her life was falling apart. She felt like she did not have much control over her life, was upset a lot of the time and felt tired. She was overthinking everything and she just wanted to be able to help herself and not pity herself.Maisie was losing sleep, getting no more than 4 to 5 hours a night and was really nervous going into work, her hands often shaking at the thought of taking the calls. She would take work home, thinking about it and over analysing her day. She was often judging and second guessing herself even though she was being reassured that she was doing her job correctly. Maisie explains how coaching helped her to process her emotions so she was not pushing them down and bottling them up.
