A Câmara de Vereadores de Maringá realizou ontem a eleição para sua nova presidência, e pela primeira vez em 69 anos de história, uma mulher assumirá o comando da Casa. A vereadora Majô Capdeboscq (PP) foi eleita com 18 votos, superando os concorrentes Sidnei Telles (Podemos), Cris Lauer (Novo) e Flávio Mantovani (PSD).Além da presidência, outras mudanças marcaram a eleição. Mário Hossokawa foi escolhido como primeiro secretário com 19 votos, enquanto Odair Fogueteiro obteve 17 votos. Já o vereador Luiz Neto assumiu a liderança do prefeito no Legislativo. Antes de ser eleita presidente, Majô ocupava o cargo de primeira secretária da Mesa Diretora.
