I got to spend a lunch break with Chauniqua Major-Louis, the owner of Major's Project Pop,  a gluten-free + vegan small-batch Organic popcorn company that offers a fresh take on kettle corn... your favorite snack dealer. I spoke to Major about how she got started in the snack game.
