Makayla's New Lens on Life Following Diagnosis, and a Boost From TobyMac

The Lord cares for you! ❤️ A few weeks ago, Makayla turned 18… and at the same time, her life turned upside down. Her battle with Hodgkin’s lymphoma began and since then, Jesus has given Makayla a new lens on life. She’s seeing everything with new eyes and He’s showing this brave young woman that He sees her. Makayla’s mom Becky is a teacher at King’s Schools, our sister ministry. Our awesome team arranged for her daughter to meet a couple rockstars in Kent on Saturday. Makayla was overjoyed to hang out with Mac Powell and TobyMac backstage! A rockstar herself, she fit right in with her megawatt smile and bright outlook. Her mom got to come too!
