Make BOLD Moves

Today, we're talking about the leadership, feelings and work required to make a big shift. We explore the different stages of competence (unconscious incompetence, conscious incompetence, conscious competence, unconscious competence/mastery). "The only thing that keeps us from where we are today and the thing we want that's over there is the fact that to get from here to there is relatively uncomfortable.
