Then, Jay reviews the history of women sexuality and the creation of the vibrator. According to a recent survey, Americans are the unhappiest they’ve been in 50 years. The decrease in happiness is due to a multitude of reasons such as the increase of isolation, unemployment, and social media comparison. However, the biggest reason most people are unhappy is because they feel like they lack purpose. We live in a society that makes you feel like you need to conform. But the more you conform the less you become your authentic self and the harder it becomes to find your purpose. In this episode, the boys talk about finding their authentic voices in a world that is placing them in a box. Authenticity is the practice of letting go of who we think we are supposed to be and embracing who we actually are.
