This is episode 1 of a 3 part series Jake gives on how to motivate your team from top to bottom. This first session is directed at executives and VPs and how to communicate the “north star” so people can feel connected to a greater purpose. Motivation is one of those words that gets tossed out a lot, and there is a lot of hype around having to motivate our people. But the reality of motivating people, that Jake will talk about in these next three sessions, is  we actually need to make sure we’re not demotivating them. Most people have their own fire and drive.
