Make the Most of Today—from "Inspire Life Through Words of Well-Being"

from Words of Well-Being · host Marcus Aurelius Higgs

In this poem, we emphasize the character strengths of consistency and persistence. It reminds us that progress is rarely linear and that setbacks are inevitable, however, it's the daily effort that counts. It's about showing up and putting in the work, day after day, even when it's hard. There is also the encouragement to focus on joy and enthusiasm in the midst of the grind; even in the midst of challenge and hardship, we can still find joy in the journey and be fueled by a sense of purpose and passion. How? Be present, be intentional, and embrace each day as a gift.
