Make This Year Different

A Course in Miracles teaches that time is unreal, yet it also speaks of giving a "year" to God. The Text refers to the New Year 11 times, saying, "This is the year for the application of the ideas that have been given you" [CE T-16.II.10:4]. And the Workbook refers to its year 6 times, calling it "the year that we have given God" [CE W-PtII.In.4:3]. In this episode, Robert and Emily will explore both the Text's and the Workbook's vision of a year given to God. How do we do that? Are we supposed to make an actual New Year's resolution? And if so, what is it? And how does this approach to the New Year relate to making our usual resolutions to lose weight, go to the gym, get organized, etc.?
