“Send Coach John a message”Saw a great post from one of my favorites, Alan Stein Jr. (@AlanSteinJr) who reminds us that “You will never find the time for anything. If it is important, you will make the time for it.”  I’ve been reminded about this a few times recently, one of those times was from notes I took where John O’Leary reminded us about the same truth.  I’ve been so non-intentional so many times in my life and I have nobody to blame for that other than myself.  I do know there is a HUGE difference to have more “intentional focus” on things that are important in my life.  How I have spent my time throughout my life has mainly been my choices and decisions. I have time every single day (hopefully), where it’s up to me on how I spend much of it and where it goes.  The key is that it’s the same for you. For everyone.  So many great things like this that I want to & need to, make part of my life by choosing to create new habits that accompany these success traits. This is why there will always be something to get for, every single day!!
