After retiring from the Army, she briefly spent time in corporate America, where she further developed her leadership skills before transitioning to a career in education.Dr. Moore has held various leadership roles in her educational career, including teacher, administrator, principal, director, assistant superintendent, and superintendent. She also served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Phoenix and Nova Southeastern University, where she shared her passion for leadership and education.Her academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Widener University, a Master's degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership, and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Urban Education from Nova Southeastern University.
