Making a Difference 3321

from Talking ‘Bout My Evolution · host Cat Bresser

I talk about Eileen McKusick and riff on her Electric Body, Electric Health book thinking about how you can create change in your body and your environment simply by using your mind. Eileen says you don't need tuning forks to move energy around. I think about music and a positive outlook as being chief in my tools for improving my life. I also talk about how I've raised my kids to be kind, courteous and helpful and how those qualities are not always at the top of people's desirable characteristics for their kids, but they are for me. I think if many more people could operate from a place of kindness and helpfulness, we could all create so much more brightness in the world that would be far-reaching. Idealistic, I know.
