Making a Hybrid Model Direct Primary Care Practice

Dr Jonas will preview his presentation for the Direct Primary Care National Summit where he will speak and facilitate and participate.  It should be an exciting opportunity to learn and launch more Direct Primary Care practice activities.   A Patrick Jonas, MD is host and a practicing Family Physician in Ohio. His traditional practice is being converted into a hybrid of traditional and DPC.  He'll discuss how that's going and strategies to make it happen.  Each practice will be different, though, which makes uniqueness the name of the game in DPC.  Health tansformation and change will be frequent fare for discussion.
