He has obtained the classic FRI ACoM CPM CLO CRES and CRTDP designations* from the Real Estate Institute of Canada, and specializes in the recovery and sale of distressed properties on behalf of the Federal Government, various Banks and lending institutions, as well as Court Appointed Trustees and Receivers.  Fred has been the recipient of numerous philanthropic awards and is a life-long blood donator, having recently donated his 94th donation.
