Making an impossible choice when there is only one choice with Laura Sinclair

from Can't Call Your Mom with Nicole Weston · host Nicole Weston | Motherless mothers navigating life after motherloss

Thank you Laura so much for sharing your journey. Today we talked about the impossible choices we make as mothers in business. Laura has a successful Crossfit gym in town and because of COVID Laura made the difficult choice to close her crossfit gym.  She is a mom to a 3.5 year old and a 7 week old and as Laura shares she “it was an impossible choice but there is really only one choice to make”.  Laura’s strength and optimism shines through our conversation. I know many mothers out there who are making impossible choices and today I want you to know you are not alone.  I see you.  Laura  helps new and expecting moms reach their athletic and fitness goals by empowering them to understand their bodies and be intentional with their movement.  “I want moms to understand what changes with their body are and are not “normal” postpartum, and how to find real support to ensure they are recovering properly. There is too much focus on “bouncing back” after baby that does both psychological and physiological damage - and I want to help women understand what is realistic and provide a reasonable road map to fitness”.
