In this interview with JSA Europe’s João Marques Lima, Davis discusses major data centre trends, especially around talent, including the challenges around attracting and retaining people into the sector. He discusses the need to make the jobs more appealing to entry-level members as well as what operators can do to help attract and retain that talent.
