Making Sense of Love Pt. 2 - God's Love Feels Differently

God is love (1 Jn. 4:8). Therefore, God gets to define what it looks, feels, tastes, smells, and sounds like. God’s love feels different to his enemies. Jesus chose his enemy, Saul to be his apostle, his messenger. God also chose a  man named Ananias to minister to Saul, his enemy. Though afraid and skeptical about Paul, Ananias chose to trust and obey God and love on and pray for Paul despite his reputation. How will our love choose to treat and be felt by those who don’t treat us well? How will our love feel for those who have hurt our feelings or faith? Will we trust and obey like Ananias? We just might be the catalyst for their calling. Choose to believe that your enemies deserve to feel God’s love through your deeds.
