Making Spice Play Nice

The Wild WIld West of Spice has finally been tamed, and done so through a surprising hero's journey of a Spice Lover and entrepreneur caring for his father only to find himself starting an innovative new company. Hear how spice intensity and flavor is now controlled and shared like never before, and the steps that went into a hobby becoming a successful startup business. The Guest Fabio Gratton, Founder and Chief Spiceologist of SpiceQuest, is an accomplished entrepreneur (4X company exits) with a professional background in health technology and a personal passion for culinary artistry. Raised in an Italian family where food was central to every celebration, and married into a Vietnamese family with a deep appreciation for bold, flavorful dishes, Fabio’s life has been steeped in the traditions of spice and cooking. As a health tech entrepreneur, Fabio has dedicated his career to leveraging innovative technologies to solve complex health challenges, from improving patient care to addressing life-threatening diseases. This same dedication to innovation and precision inspired the creation of SpiceQuest, where he blends his professional expertise with his personal passion.
