As we get older and we grow, our interests, goals, and direction in life will also change. That’s not a bad thing. Think about when you were 10 years old. What did you want to do? We are going to talk about two groups of people. 1. People who moved into the performing arts world after having jobs and careers in other fields and 2. People who were in the performing arts and left for other industries. Out of the Arts is here to bridge the gap between arts careers and non-arts professional careers. By identifying transferable skills, examining overlapping interests, promoting creatives in the workplace, and incorporating arts into civic engagement, we aim to help communities and individuals thrive.
