Leader of South Africa's opposition party, the EFF, Julius Malema says the only way out to make President Jacob Zuma pay back the money used on non security upgrades at his Nkandla private residence is through the constitutional court. He was addressing the media in parliament following President Zuma's oral reply session. Malema also says the opposition parties and the ANC have now become the enemy of the EFF in Parliament after they all agreed to pass rules to remove MPs.
