Maluti-a-Phofung Local Municipality responds regarding its R5-billion Eskom debt

SAfm — Maluti-a-Phofung Local Municipality says it has met with Eskom, to discuss the municipality's debt to the power utility. Last month, Eskom attached the bank account of the municipality which owes it more than R5-billion. But later agreed to release some of the money so the Maluti-a-Phofung can meet some of its running costs. We spoke to the municipal manager, Tseko Mothamaha
