Mampintsha checks out of a Durban hotel shortly before his arrest

SAfm — Update at noon has exclusively learnt that Mandla Maphumulo (MAMPINTSHA) has spent at least one night at the Onomo hotel in Durban and checked out this morning. Earlier today National Police Commissioner General Khehle Sitole gave the assurance that the arrest of musician Mandla Maphumulo, who is known as Mampintsha is imminent. Our producer Aphiwe Honono called the hotel and was transferred to Mampintsha's room and briefly spoke to him. 10 minutes later the hotel confirmed that he has checked out of the hotel. Mampintsha was arrested a short while later.
