Man Accused of Voyeurism Near Kids' Homes | Miami News

A 26-year-old man, Fabian Izaguirrecepero, is facing serious charges—including indecent exposure and voyeurism—after surveillance footage allegedly shows him outside a 12-year-old girl’s home at 3 a.m., returning multiple times. New video also captures him near a neighbor’s house, raising alarms in the community. While prosecutors call him a danger, his mother paints a starkly different picture, calling him a good person. His attorney is challenging the voyeurism charge, arguing the window’s height and blinds made a clear view impossible from six feet away. A new hearing is set for Friday. This isn’t his first brush with the law—he’s already out on bond for child pornography charges and has a pending voyeurism case from last year involving a Target fitting room. He’s currently being held without bond as the case unfolds. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
