Man and Boy Foundation says traditional leaders must be involved in issues of circumcision

SAfm — The Man and Boy Foundation says the increase in initiate deaths is a result of excluding traditional leaders from the process. This comes after the arrest of twelve traditional surgeons in the Eastern Cape as the death tolls stands at 24.
