Man Arrested After Market Shooting | Miami News

A Miami-Dade County man, Serge Jean Jr., was fatally shot outside a Big Boy Market in Miami Gardens after allegedly punching Devon Clarke, who then opened fire—killing him. Surveillance and witness accounts point to Clarke, who arrived in a black Nissan Maxima, pulling out a gun and shooting Jean Jr. twice, including once in the head. Jean Jr. reportedly identified his attacker as “Von” before dying. Clarke was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree murder with a weapon, denied bond, as the investigation continues.
