Man Arrested for Shooting Two Workers

A shocking attack on two Manchester public works workers has sent shockwaves through the city — a 32-year-old man, Sean Day, known to one of the victims, allegedly opened fire with a handgun on a busy sidewalk, wounding both. Though injuries were non-life-threatening, the incident has sparked outrage. Authorities swiftly arrested Day at a local business, calling the act targeted and despicable. Police emphasize no public threat remains, while Mayor Jay Ruais and Chief Peter Marr commend the rapid response and wish speedy recovery to the victims and their families.
