Man gets saved from being down a 16-in storm drain on they did not get the memo

Remember when we were asked to vote for gambling in the state of California and part of the pitch they gave was that a portion of that money would be used for schools remember that so I'm just asking a question that being the premise for gambling being voted to operate in the state of California how does the school board decide they want to close down schools because of budget it's not one of the reasons they used because of lack of funds and then they started I think either laying off teachers or firing teachers I think that whoever's in charge of the school budget she used the money that they promised you from the California State lottery I'm just saying
