A man is dead after an officer-involved shooting early this morning. Investigators say an officer encountered a man outside a home. About 10 minutes after police responded, they reported shots fired. A man was shot. Officers on scene performed CPR - but the man was pronounced dead at the hospital. It's unclear what led to the shooting. Allegheny County Police are taking over the investigation. Pittsburgh Police will determine the status of the officer involved. ]
