Man trying to discover how he received a mystery three inch deep wound whilst admitted to Bedford Hospital

A man is still seeking answers three years on after receiving a three inch deep wound in his lower back at Bedford Hospital.The hospital acknowledge it happened in A and E after Keith Thompson, from Shefford, was admitted for complications to his epilepsy.He has since suffered from depression and the agony of not knowing what happened to him.The hospital says: "A thorough investigation was carried out to establish the possible cause of his injury, including involving the police; unfortunately this proved inconclusive"
