Man wanted in connection with fatal shootings of 2 tow truck drivers in Northeast Philly

Philadelphia officials are resorting to day workers to clear areas still blocked by snow after ten days of removal efforts. KYW's city hall bureau chief Pat Loeb reports... Philadelphia police are working with the feds to find a 27-year-old tow truck driver they say killed two other tow drivers in recent months in the city’s northeast.
