You... and your accomplishments.     Now it is different.  You will be judged by your teams accomplishments.  It is no longer time to put your actions in the spot lite.    It is however time to help your workers shine, and give them credit for their accomplishments.  A strong leader will build up their staff, even if it means they pass you buy.  Its not a threat, it's a testimate to your leadership skills, if someone moves up in your team.
