Managing Life’s Expectations - Pt.1

I had an absolute blast interviewing four passionate and talented people for The Joy Foster Podcast and the conversation surrounding Managing Life’s Expectations - Pt.1 This topic was suggested to me by a young woman who’s driven in her own way, yet she shared the importance of listening to your own thoughts, ideas and executing them. I invited Julie Lalor, Claude Gauthier, Kirsten Frey and Hodman Murad to share from real life experiences and their own stories towards this topic, it was an amazing experience for all! :-) Sitting in a studio discussing the importance of owning our own words and expectations of our lives was a moving moment for not only myself, but also each of own lives 👏🏾 It is awakening when you hear yourself talk about your feelings, inspiring and an encouraging reality check. “I highly recommend that you listen to theses awesome stories with a pen and paper in hand and learn, authentically about what it takes to make your own crazy, off the charts expectations for your life come to life! Thank you Julie, Claude, Kirsten and Hodman for taking the time to be part of my mission, the world is blessed to hear your wisdom, more than ever!!
