Managing Life's Stresses

from Talk 2 Q!

A lot of us pride ourselves on being responsible people. We also want things out of life that we see other people enjoy. A lot of us want a family, a nice job, a beautiful home, perfect spouse, the list goes on.However, none of those things come easily for everyone. Even if you're lucky enough to achieve all of that it comes with a price: a lot of hard work and time. It can even be overwhelming to a lot of people. Especially when you have loved ones depending on you. How do you manage stress? What can help you gain a perspective on what's really important? How do you reset day-after-day-after-day and face the world again? It's a lot easier said than done, but my Show Legends and I will do what we can to give you some ideas on what to do. When life knocks you down, you have to look up, get up, and never give up. Things can always be worse. Always! So, you have to play the hand that you're dealt. Control the things that you can control and not stress over the things that you can't. The one thing that you do not want to do is allow your attitude to let more bad luck come your way by affecting your decision-making.These things and more on the Talk 2 Q Radio Show!"No experts. Just opinions."Twitter: @Talk2QShow No. 377Scheduled for 60-75 mins. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
