Of the three candidates, Brittany Kinser never had a Wisconsin teachers license, and her administrators license lapsed. Kristin and Brian discuss whether it is appropriate for her to have this role and if anyone should have a role without experience in the field they will manage. On top of that, another candidate Jill Underly did not attend the most recent board education committee meeting Kristin and Brian share if they think that was a good decision or if it will backfire for her.
