#HOMEflipping We’ve talked a lot about managing remote people on the series so far. For Kris Martin, management consultant for HBR, that scenario was his daily life, except for one twist. He was the remote worker, and his employees were the ones in the office every day. Now, he has to adjust to the new situation where everyone is now remote. Oh… and add to that the fact that he lives in El Salvador and most of his staff is in New York City and Chicago. Remote workers will magnify how good, or bad a manager is. The key piece is knowing when to trust your works, and when to make sure they know you're available for them. Remember, we may all be In Seclusion, but we're in this together.
