Laura is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who teaches women how to build sustainable healthy habits and overcome their limiting beliefs so they can begin living lives of health and ease. Laura has a background in education and uses that knowledge to teach women how to create healthy lives that they enjoy.  Emily is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified Dietary Supplement Professional with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Emily is also working towards completing her Functional Nutrition Certification through MindBody Green. Emily owns and operates Whole with Emily LLC, wherein she works with clients one on one within the space of holistic wellness, to support optimal physical and mental health. She believes that true health and feeling better means examining the intersection between physical and mental health and look at one's experience through this lens. Integration of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and self care, gut health, mindset and more is the formula for a better quality life.
